This camp is geared around EKC's Arm Care program "S.A.V.E.S. with EKC" that will improve your players Stamina, Accuracy, Velocity, Equanimity, and Safety. No cleats. Players must bring sack lunch and jug of water - snacks recommended. This is not an overnight camp. No drop offs before 730am - no pick ups later than 330pm.
