EKC Cross's "OPS" Hitting Camp is designed for players that want to maximize their Attack/Launch Angle and Exit Velo/Batted Ball Speed. Instructors will facilitate this training by utilizing Diamond Kinetics science based metrics along with other pro-level tools. No cleats. Players must bring sack lunch and jug of water - snacks recommended. This is not an overnight camp. No drop offs before 730am - no pick ups later than 330pm.
